7 Corrective Actions to Prevent the Access Door from Becoming Damaged or Locked Up

To prevent this from happening, continue reading to learn the corrective actions to take.
Corrective Action #1
All Tigercat Skidders must always have a wrench on board to assist the operator in opening the access door when needed
Corrective Action #2
All Pressurized Water Systems on any piece of equipment, regardless of make or model, should be inspected as part of the regular equipment maintenance program. An example of this would be an oil change.
Corrective Action #3
The inspection should verify the manufacturer's required air pressure for the water tank. It should also check the location where the Pressurized Water Systems are stored. Any mud or debris should be washed or blown out.
Corrective Action #4
Verify the off and on switch on the valve and the handheld spray nozzle are working correctly and damage-free.
Corrective Action #5
Test the system to verify all is working correctly. A foaming action should occur to ensure surfactant is in the water tank.
Corrective Action #6
After refilling the water tank, add the surfactant to the water tank as the last step.
Corrective Action #7
Finally, re-pressurize, check for air or water leaks, test the system, and stow away correctly.
